Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the desirable gated community of Ocean Village guests get both privacy and convenience.

Upon entering this seaside retreat guests are greeted by an open floor plan, massive ceiling height and expansive ocean views. The entry way flows effortlessly from the kitchen, dining and main living area creating the perfect place for friends and family to gather. The color scheme is bright and coastal and is visible throughout the four bedrooms (all of which have ensuite bathrooms!)

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything one could need for preparing a home cooked meal including a toaster oven, blender, regular coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker and crock pot. Guests can enjoy ocean views even while preparing a meal!

The dining table is perfectly located in front of glass sliding doors (one of three sets) that open to an oversized patio. The main living area offers a large flat screen TV with Comcast cable, FREE WIFI and ample seating.

The master bedrooms views will take your breath away! It is equipped with a King bed, sliding glass doors, seating area to enjoy the view, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in shower.

There are four other guest rooms, three of which have ocean views. In addition to the many perks this property provides the upstairs loft is a big bonus. Equipped with a pull-out sofa, flat screen TV, desk and printer this space would be ideal for kids to gather to play games or watch TV or even serve as a home office.

Fresh bedding, bath linens, beach towels, beach gear and a starter kit of disposables (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner etc) are all provided.

A full size washer/dryer and a garage is also available for guests.

Parking is available in the garage and in driveway.
