Our Seaside Retreat 104 property is an impressive oceanfront condo with ocean views, immense space and luxury finishes! Perfectly located on the south end of Amelia Island in a gated community with a pool and direct access to the beach guests can have both privacy and convenience.
Upon arrival guests have the comfort of accessing the parking garage located just outside the elevator to the unit. The elevator doors open directly to the front door making unloading and packing a breeze.
Inside you will find three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two balconies and everything you need for a month long stay. The kitchen is beautifully designed with quartz countertops and custom cabinets and well stocked with all the essentials including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, ice maker etc. The kitchen, dining and main living area all highlight the stunning views and open to the private balcony.
The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, jewelry box, access to the oceanfront balcony, large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, garden tub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and Daybed with ample closet space, a flat screen TV and attached to the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The third bed has a Queen bed, private balcony, large closet and flat screen TV along with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Seaside Retreat 104 provides a large living space at the best location and with high quality essentials.
Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)

We LOVE this property! We enjoyed waking up to the stunning views each morning and the beach was extremely close. You can tell the Owner takes good care of the property as everything is in perfect condition. Quick access from the parking garage to elevator. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a month long stay!
