The Cottage

The Cottage is a private renovated flat tucked away at American Beach just a few blocks away from the beach!

Upon entering the rental guests are greeted by a one room open space that includes a kitchenette, table and chairs, Queen bed, bed side tables, armoire and flat screen Smart TV (complimentary WIFI and Xfinity online streaming.) The bathroom is completed renovated with a walk-in shower.  

The flooring is updated with light luxury vinyl planks. The kitchen is updated with white shaker cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and white backsplash.

The Cottage would be ideal for a romantic getaway or for anyone travelling for work.

There is NO washer/dryer or dishwasher.

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with limited number of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
