Description
Pelican Loft is a NEWLY renovated single level townhome tucked away next to the beach in the well-manicured Forest Ridge Villages. Guests staying here are centrally located on the island, only a 4-minute walk to the beach, and a quick drive to Historic Downtown Fernandina.
Upon entering the property you are greeted by a clean fresh vibe with coastal décor throughout. The main living area offers comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa (Queen) and two chairs, flat screen TV with cable and sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony.
The kitchen is completed renovated with white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and glass backsplash. It is fully equipped with all the essentials including cookware, pots/pans, blender, toaster, Cuisinart coffee maker (pod and drip) and more!
The dining is designed to accommodate four in addition to the stools at the breakfast bar.
There are two bedrooms both equipped with King beds, Smart TV’s and closets.
The bathroom is also renovated and offers a large walk-in shower.
Amenities of Forest Ridge include a designated parking spot, pool, tennis courts, grilling area and playground. The grounds are surrounded with mature trees and beautiful tropical flowers.
Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is everything!!! Literally 5 min walk to the beach and it doesn't get crowded . The place was clean, smelled fresh, it's beautiful, and updated. Clean kitchen, and bathroom. I wish they had more toilet paper rolls available for you to use. With people going out to eat every evening, it's an absolute necessity to have more than two rolls!! Limited laundry pods, bring/buy extra if you planning to use the laundry. Other than that, we will be booking the same place again, if it's available!!!
